Open Door Policy
We strongly believe that participation by parents makes a huge difference in your child’s success. We have an open door policy at our center and encourage our parent’s to come in at any time.
Sign In/ Sign Out
Every morning and every afternoon you are required to sign your child in and out of Kimbi’s. Picture identification will be requested at time of pick-up.
Children 16 months-4 years of age are provided with a daily nap time.
Kimbi’s provides a nutritional breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack daily. It is Kimbi’s policy that children over two years of age are not allowed to bring packed food in the center. We do not allow seafood or peanut products in our center due to allergies. For the safety of all of our children, we do not allow home-made goods to be brought in. Commercially prepared items are welcomed.
Kimbi’s only accepts inhalers & epi-pens. A medication form needs to be completed by the parent and the child’s doctor in order for Kimbi’s to administer them. We do not administer any other medications.
- Your child’s shot record stating that your child is adequately immunized is due upon enrollment. This form needs to be signed or stamped by the doctor’s office.
- Proof of identity is due upon enrollment. This can be a birth certificate, proof of birth letter from the hospital, passport, or a baptismal record. Social security cards are not acceptable.
- A physical is due within 30 days of enrollment.
- Paperwork will need to be completed upon enrollment. Please bring two emergency contacts (one has to be local) besides the parents. We need their names, addresses, and phone numbers.
